My furnace died on a Saturday in the middle of winter. Country suburban and their team went above and beyond to get my furnace replaced that day. It was no easy task considering my furnace is a hot water heater/boiler combo unit. Really appreciate their service & reasonable prices.

Harry and his team did another outstanding job! They installed a new furnace air-conditioning unit and cleaned the ducts. Very professional, great price and excellent customer service. Country Suburban has always been there for me when I needed help.

The team installed a new boiler and radiators through out the house and electric heat in my attic. The team was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Country Suburban if you need any of thier services

The got my furnace service scheduled so quickly. Nick, their technician arrived right on time even in a snow storm. He was professional and thorough. I need some parts replaced and I never felt pressured or pushed. Highly recommend them

Nick from Country Suburban serviced my furnace and he was extremely professional and respectful. He fixed the problem quite easily and took the time to explain it to me. I was very impressed with him and will definately call Country Suburban again if I need anything repaired or serviced.

Quick service, professional and great price

Harry came out to give a quote about 12 hours after I called. Today he sent Jason and Freddy out to install my new air handler and take out the old electric furnace. Jason and Freddy showed up on time, communicated well through the whole install, would recommend them for any job. Job well done fellas. 10/10 service and expertise

I had 5 units installed several years ago and another 2 units last year. Has made a big improvement in quality of life for my family. Heating function in winter to supplement baseboard makes the necessary rooms toasty. The best however, is the AC and dehumidifier mode that cools the house. Harry’s install team did an amazing job working on my 200 yr old home and very importantly, their service department responds immediately if any issues of which I have had none, other than routine cleaning. Highly recommend this company.

This was our first time dealing with Country Suburban. They evaluated our situation and provided us with a fair and reasonable estimate. They were accommodating to our busy schedule.
