I had 5 units installed several years ago and another 2 units last year. Has made a big improvement in quality of life for my family. Heating function in winter to supplement baseboard makes the necessary rooms toasty. The best however, is the AC and dehumidifier mode that cools the house. Harry’s install team did an amazing job working on my 200 yr old home and very importantly, their service department responds immediately if any issues of which I have had none, other than routine cleaning. Highly recommend this company.

Our Business has done over $100,000 of HVAC installs over the last several years, plus another $56,000 at our private properties . . . the work and service after the sale is par none . . . super friendly, its like doing business with your "next door neighbor" type of service. Jeff was outstanding. Suburban confirmed appointment, arrived on time, very through, exhaust, adjusted propane psi, condensate system, ignigter, cleaned detector...very excellent job A young women checked my AC today 7/10/25. What an outstanding job. Lots of suggestions. Excellent.

This was our first time dealing with Country Suburban. They evaluated our situation and provided us with a fair and reasonable estimate. They were accommodating to our busy schedule. They were able to replace not only our furnace, but our HVAC, during several of the hottest days this summer. Kyle, Jess, and Jason were quick, efficient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything to us. We would definitely recommend them to family, friends, and the community.

Called on Wednesday at 430pm for preventive maintenance, offered Friday am service, technician showed up Friday on time upon doing the service determined there was a leak in my AC, gave options and I decided to do a replacement. Saturday Morning the installers were here putting in the new unit. Great Service very knowledgeable, people in the office very friendly and helpful giving options for financing.

The first time I had an a/c unit installed by Country Suburban was 8 years ago in my old house and if I ever needed them they were always there immediately. I just bought a new house and within a week Harry had another unit installed. They are so dependable and reasonable. The professionals who installed my new unit(Jason and Jada) were so polite and did a fantastic job. Jason explained the unit in detail and showed me how to change my filter. I highly recommend Country Suburban.

I had the service tech, Destiny, come out to fix my hot water tank. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She is an asset to the company. If I ever need service again, I will make sure to ask for her as I was comfortable with her knowledge and expertise in fixing my issue.

All of a sudden, water started to leak from my ceiling. I called Country Suburban, and Jake came out within a half hour, quickly diagnosed the issue and stopped the leak from my furnace unit...he was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. This was my first contact with Country Suburban, and I was very happy with the service. I thought the bill was going to be outrageous considering it was 730 on a weekday and it was an emergency call. It wasn't at all... very reasonable! Highly recommend...

Over the weekend my heat stopped working. These guys answered the phone, and Jeff M came out and solved all our problems. We'll call them every time!
